ABSTRACT
In recent years, with the rapid development of China's IT industry, and IT technical sales and service related businesses are springing up as the rapid development, the number of firms, number of employees and increasing the overall scale of operation, the market has shown strong momentum of development. However, access to relevant reports and the actual reality of view, IT technology sales and service market imperfections, corporate development by many factors. Mainly in the firm size is not big enough, the majority in order to maintain a fixed store-based; large-scale enterprise development is not sufficiently standardized, corporate culture, development strategies, development ideas is not clear, particularly human resources management, etc., can not keep up with the times requirements, it is not to establish a theoretical basis for the operating system and relatively complete, while a single type of general business enterprise, staff mobility, business is good or bad and the overall quality of staff has a direct relationship.
As a more typical IT technology sales and service enterprises, power source morning staff training and technology services company in the existence of many problems. The most prominent is the company's training is not planned, the company can not accurately grasp the structure and training needs of employees, no formal training materials, a single form of training, training, motivation is not obvious, no such rules and regulations for training. So many questions, so that enterprise development is limited, it is difficult to win in fierce competition. For the problems identified, according to industry characteristics, competitive situation and the company's strategic development needs, the author first morning of the source power technology services company sales staff conducted a training needs survey. Through the survey found that sales staff need training, but more flexible form, content-rich, more humane, more conducive to personal growth training. Therefore, the authors set up training courses for the company, increased marketing theory, sales of art, individual psychological qualities, etc.; in the development of training, when implemented, will be the choice of trainers located in different levels and sources, a more open vision of the staff ; the training methods from a single classroom extension to include role playing, field simulation, study tours and other means to enhance the enthusiasm of the employees participating in the training.
The purpose of this article is from the perspective of human resource training, morning of the source power technology services company represents business, how to adapt to the needs of socialist market economy, with the international standards, the company effective way to further enlarge and strengthen the hope other companies in this field a reference.
